Subject: Add parallel execution support for rank-1 operations

Implements multi-threaded execution for monadic rank operations when
processing large cell counts. The implementation includes:

- New rank1_parallel_ctx structure to pass context to worker threads
- Worker function that partitions cells across available threads
- Automatic threshold check (1000+ cells) before parallelization
- Thread-safe result collection and merging
- Graceful fallback to sequential execution on failure or when
conditions aren't met (debugging, inplace conflicts)

Parallel execution is enabled when the thread pool has multiple
workers initialized and the operation meets safety requirements.
